Wood & Composite Decking

We supply and install wood and composite based decking that is well suited for North East damp weather conditions.

Fencing & Gates
We supply and fit many types of fence, as well adjusting them to your spec. Our service cover:

Fence - made out of quality pressure treated wood, posts dug down over 2ft secured by 1,5 bag of postcrete (recommended is one but we do a bit extra to make sure it will stand against strongest winds), rails and boards are secured mechanical by nailgun using outdoor, rust free galvanized and ribbed nails to ensure positive fix for many years to come. All is finished with the top cap to protect the end grain against water penetration
We do make bespoke gates to fit existing space and supplying it with all the hardware and extras as required.

Paving & Hard Landscaping
We supply and fit many types of patio and drive stones from few manufacturers as Marshalls, Stonemarket & Oakdale. It is important to prepare strong base, especially if it is a drive where platform created must comply with heavy traffic for many years. We will advise you what stone to chose and support you with many landscaping catalogs so you can easily find one that suits your taste and wallet.
Base preparation firstly take to dig out 6 to 10 inches of soil to prepare bed that can be built back up with 40mm dolomite stone. Base then is being compacted with wacker plate to ensure base will not subside. After this stage 2 inch layer of sharp sand mixed with cement is compacted to make smooth and level surface.
Weather is required drainage the PVC or Metal A co channel is being installed to drain away water excess.
All Weather Geofix is recommended to protect pointing against water penetration and against weed growing between the pavers so it's maintenance free all year round.
As an option we recommend a layer of Patio Seal that will protect your newly laid pave against moss, oils and will extremely well repel water from the surface as the stone don't "drink" water anymore.
